Shad Reads Penny Pollock

When the Moon is Full
By Penny Pollock

Full moons come,
full moons go,
softening nights
with their silver glow.

They pass in silence
all untamed
but as they travel
they are named.

    2. Mrs.Greason- I noticed a metaphor. The metaphor is in the first stanza where it says the softening night. I think that means that the night is quiet and peaceful and silent. -Brett
